I've been trying to get a decent picture of my julii cory (which I'm satisfied is a false julii - coryadoras trilineatus - to be accurate), for some time - must be a bit camera-shy!
And this is one of my zebra snails, because they need love, too!

Why is it a false Julii?
Trilineatus is often sold as coryadoras julii, in the shops. There is a julii cory, but it has spotty markings, which is why it's also known as a leopard cory. Funny thing is, I think there's a different one, which also goes under the name of "leopard cory"!
Confused? Me, too! There are hundreds of cories, although only a few species turn up in the shops. Suffice is to say that I think it doesn't matter what it's called, as long as it fits in with one's community, and it looks nice!

It's hard to maintain all the conditions necessary to keep it all alive.
