I just like this scene...

Good Will Hunting is on Channel 4, in the UK, just now. I like this - it reminds me of a bunch of stuff. People who underestimate others, mostly.

Thanks. I like the lacerating observation that the Harvard kid could have had his education for a buck and a half at the local library, had he been able to think for himself!

Perhaps that's the objective of an Ivy League education? Send out a bunch of clones into the world, thereby ensuring that things are done as one would have them done?

Fucking frightening, when one thinks about it: an entire Harvard-generated shrink sub-class of Biedermans, pretending to know what they're doing, but actually just perpetuating bad information.

The sensible thing, then, I suppose, is not to seek to influence Biederman's clones, but to influence Biederman, himself. Of course, it might be every Harvard student's dream to be on the take from industry and commerce, but there might be a few who are more than a little unnerved by the attention of Grassley, and the FBI.

PS To pursue your metaphor: nothing's impossible!

Btw, Minnie Driver was supporting the Finns, when I went to see them.
