Actually, I was tagged a while back, but wasn't paying attention!

This is the deal:

1. Pick up the nearest book (of at least 123 pages).

2. Open the book to page 123.

3. Find the fifth sentence.

It's a bit dry, but the nearest book was Rolando Gaete's "Human Rights and the Limits of Critical Reason":
